This trivet is just a fun pience in general. With all the different colours and prints, it makes it a unique piece. The two tones of the trim around the edges makes it what it is. There is wadding between the two layers of fabric. It is great for pots, serving dishes, tea pots and on a dresser for use under everyday items. The fabric is pre washed so it will not shrink wen washed. The trim has been hand sewn on, at points the stitching will be visible. The size of this trivet is 53cm by 31cm (20.8 inches by 12.2 inches)
